2Services
28Stays provides a platform for browsing and booking short-term vacation rentals. We act as an intermediary between guests and property owners/hosts. Reservations are subject to availability and our cancellation policy.
3Booking and Payment
When you make a booking, you agree to provide accurate information and to pay all fees (rent, taxes, cleaning fees, and any other charges) as displayed at the time of booking. Payment is due as specified in your confirmation. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your reservation.
4Guest Responsibilities
You agree to use the property only for lawful purposes and in accordance with house rules; respect the property, neighbors, and maximum occupancy limits; leave the property in good condition and follow check-out instructions; and communicate honestly with us regarding your stay and any issues. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings and to remove guests who violate these terms or house rules.
5Cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Cancellation Policy. By booking, you agree to that policy.
6Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 28Stays and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your stay. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the reservation in question.
7Intellectual Property
The 28Stays name, logo, website design, and content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or use them without our written permission.
8Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. For existing bookings, the terms in effect at the time of booking apply to that stay.
