“Ryan was a great host and we'd definitely stay at their condo again!”

“I booked this condo for my brother, mother and I and everything was absolutely great! It is the perfect space to relax after days on the beach. It's only 10-15 minutes away from the boardwalk which has many stores and places to eat. It's located directly on the beach and it's on the second floor. Rylan was responsive and very welcoming and made checking in and out seamless. The building is very clean and colorful and the beach access directly behind is definitely a highlight. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, has kitchenware, etc. I recall a review before booking that Rylan doesn't send a novel on what *not* to do which really makes booking an Airbnb for the first time especially less nerve wracking, haha. Overall I recommend booking here, your friends will be so jealous and you will have the most relaxing time. Thank you again, Rylan! 😁”

“We loved it here. It looks just like the pics and is literally just steps from the beach. The huge balcony overlooks the pool and the walkway to the lovely clean beach is just beyond it. You can hear the waves from the balcony. On the other side from the master bedroom is a small balcony where you can sit and see the sunset over the marsh. There's even access to a fishing pier over the marsh. It's all great. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Thank you!”

“This was our 11th summer visit to Garden City, SC. We are a family of 5 and have stayed in 2 other condos in this building and in others rented from the local rental companies. This was by far the BEST condo we have ever stayed in. It was updated, so clean, & uncluttered. Rylan was always quick to respond. His place was well stocked. The walk to the pool and beach is super close. Best experience we have ever had in Garden City and I would choose this over any other rentals around!”

“This quiet beachfront condo was the perfect place for our getaway as two mom friends with our 7-12yo boys. They loved the arcade game and foosball table. We loved that the condo was clean, comfortable, and we could get to the pool and beach easily. The screened in porch was another great perk! Definitely recommend Rylan's place and hope to be back next summer!”

“This is a stunning, freshly renovated home with thoughtful and stylish decor. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful (I'd love one like this at home!). The garden is a real highlight, and we loved spending evenings by the firepit, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and playing ping pong. Ryan is a fantastic host — very responsive and genuinely committed to making sure everything is perfect during your stay.”

“Great stay, property exactly as described. Host was very welcoming and kind and unlike other properties in this area that are managed by a property group, he did not send us a lengthy list of things not to do while there. The property was very clean and updated and this section of the beach features less crowds as there are no high rise properties nearby. Having the Gulfstream Cafe nearby is a huge plus.”

“We have previously stayed at beach front homes and wanted a similar ocean front experience and smaller space. We found the perfect place! The condo was as described, beautiful ocean view for daily sunrises! Screened in porch with comfortable chairs and table! The interior of the unit looked brand new! Kitchen was well stocked, all the bedrooms were nicely decorated and walk in showers were perfect! Rylan was an excellent host, gave great check-in and check out instructions. He responded quickly and always answered our questions! Excellent experience!”

“Rylan's place in Laguna Beach is absolutely amazing! We had the most relaxing time. The location is just perfect, close to the beach town of Laguna but also nested in the hills giving you the perfect and most relaxing getaway possible. Rylan is also an amazing host, very attentive and he made sure everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend and we hope to come back soon.”

“Rylan's condo was everything that we had hoped for. Extremely clean and fully equipped. Ocean view was perfect, and being able to walk to two top notch restaurants was an added bonus. Will definitely consider returning on our next visit to South Carolina. We liked it so much that we extended our stay. Rylan took care of that with no problems.”

“Our two month stay in this spacious home was truly a great vacation, helped tremendously by the host, Rylan. He was super-prompt with his replies and in taking action to meet any need we expressed. He was very friendly, informative, and effective in his communications. The house was a beautiful, well-cared for home that welcomed you from the front door. It was thoroughly furnished and stocked throughout with every need you could think of. Our grandson especially enjoyed romping around while swimming in the pool. We had an awesome stay and would highly recommend this home.”

“A superb spot! The pool was basically our private pool as others didn't use it. Two excellent restaurants within a 3 minute walk. The views of the ocean from the front and creek and marsh from the backs are stellar. Rylan is a superb host. Thank you!”

“This unit was exactly what we were looking for. This location/building is a favorite of our family. Rylan was extremely polite and helpful during the entire process from check-in to check-out. He was always available and his response times during communications were above and beyond expectations. We will 100% be contacting him for our vacation to the Compass Rose next summer.”

“With 4 kids on vacation sometimes things can get hectic, but Ryan's place had plenty of space and we had no issues. Instructions on check in/out were very clear and easy. The place was clean and stocked of everything we needed. We will definitely be back.”
